Listed here are a few of our favorite appetizers. We are also willing to prepare anything special that you desire, provided we can arrange to have the ingredients. Please contact us with any requests.

Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms topped with Parmesan - $10, approximately 10-12 mushrooms
House-made Meatballs, choice of BBQ, teriyaki, or sweet-n-sour - $4 per person, 4 each
Poached Prawns w/ cocktail sauce - $9 per person, 4 each
Bacon-Wrapped Prawns w/ lemon aioli sauce - $11 per person, 4 each
Tempura Shrimp w/ sweet chili dipping sauce - $10 per person, 4 each
Crab & Shrimp Salad on toast points - $8 per person, 4 each
Feta Cheese Crostini sprinkled w/ ratatouille - $4 per person, 4 each
Filet Morsels, choice of peppercorn sauce or red wine Gorgonzola - $16, serves 2-4
Herb-Seared Scallops, on Parmesan crackers w/ pesto - $14 per person, 4 each
Steak & Scallop Kabobs, glazed w/ soy, honey and wasabi - $16 per person, 2 each
Crab Cakes w/ remoulade sauce - $11 per person, 4 each

Assorted Gourmet Cheese w/ Crackers - $6 per person (cheddar, swiss, provolone, Brie, Gouda, smoked cheddar, herbed jack, etc.)
Deli Meat Tray - $7 per person (smoked turkey, roast beef, ham, corned beef)
Combination Cheese and Meat Tray - $6 per person
Seasonal Fresh Fruit - $6 per person (melons, grapes, strawberries, pineapple, seasonal fruit)
Antipasti Tray - $6 (salami, pepperoni, olives, cheeses, pepperoncinis, gherkins and select vegetables.)

Veggie Platter: a plate full of carrot, celery, tomato, cucumber, broccoli and olives w/ ranch dressing for dipping - $12
Spinach Dip: served w/ toasted pita chips - $9
Calamari Piccata: pan-fried steak strips w/ a piccata sauce - $13
Prime Bites: bite-sized pieces of blackened prime rib, served with creamy horseradish and au jus - $18
Steamer Clams: a pound of local Kachemak Bay clams in wine, butter and herbs w/ toasted herb bread - $17
Smoked Salmon Spread: our homemade salmon spread w/ lots of bread - $11
King Crab Legs: one pound of Alaskan king crab served w/ clarified butter and lemon - $37
Oysters on the Half Shell - $3 each
Seared Yellowfin Tuna: w/ sesame seeds, honey and wasabi, served w/ jasmine rice and stir-fry veggies - $17
Gorgonzola Garlic Bread: a toasted hoagie roll w/ herbs, roast garlic and Gorgonzola - $8
Shrimp and Scallop Au Gratin: shrimp and scallop w/ mushrooms in a rich cream sauce topped w/ Parmesan - $15
Buffalo Wings - a pile of spicy yet tangy chicken wings served w/ blue cheese dressing, celery and carrot sticks - $14
