Crab Dip Fondue
Bering Sea crab blended with white wine, cream cheese, minced garlic, dill weed and special seasonings. Served with steamed broccoli florettes and toasted herb bread. $15

Seared Yellowfin Tuna
Yellowfin tuna seared with sesame seeds, honey and wasabi. Served with jasmine rice and stir fried vegetables. $18

Prime Bites
Bite size pieces of tender prime rib blackened with Louisiana seasonings. Served with toasted herb bread, creamy horseradish and au jus for dipping. $18

Shrimp & Scallop Au Gratin
Morsels of shrimp and scallop tossed with mushrooms in a rich cream sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese and browned. Served with toasted herb bread. $16

Oysters on the half shell
Fresh Kachemak Bay oysters shucked to order, served with cocktail sauce and a dollop of horseradish. $3 each

Cranberry, Gorgonzola & Pecan Pita Bites
Pita bread spread with a creamy trio of cheeses, garnished with dried craberries, green onion and chopped pecans then baked. Served around a crispy fennel slaw. $12

Alaska Mango Ceviche
PMorsels of Alaskan salmon, scallops and cod marinated with jalapeno, cilantro, green onion, mango and lime juice. Served with crispy fried wonton chips. $15

Spinach Dip & Pita Chips
Fresh spinach mixed with sour cream, onion, water chestnuts and parmesan, served with toasted pita chips. $10

Smoked Salmon Spread
Locally smoked Alaskan salmon with whipped cream cheese, chives and lemon juice. Served with plenty of sourdough bread. $11

Calamari a la Piccata
Tender calamari steak sauteed in white wine, lemon, garlic, capers, fresh herbs and butter. Served with toasted herb bread. $13

Steamer Clams
A pound of delicate clams steamed in white wine with garlic, herbs, cream and butter. Served with toasted herb bread. $17

Salads

Classic Caesar
Homemade caesar dressing, croutons and shaved Parmesan. $10

Southwestern Salad
Mixed greens tossed in lime chipotle dressing garnished with crisp tortilla strips, jicama and a black bean and corn relish. $10

Spinach Salad
Tossed in white balsamic and cherry vinaigrette, topped with crumbled Blue cheese, dried cranberries and cherries, candied pecans and diced red bell pepper. $10

Mykel's Salad
Young greens garnished with Roma tomato, cucumber, croutons, Gorgonzola and sliced red onion drizzled with honey blue cheese dressing. $10

King Crab Legs / Seafood Platter
Choose between one or two pounds of succulent Alaskan king crab or our Seafood Platter including a pound of king crab, deep-fried Alaskan cod, and seared Kodiak scallops. (Ask about our appetizer portions!)

Walnut Crusted Salmon with Raspberry Beurre Blanc
Alaskan salmon crusted in walnuts then pan fried to a golden brown and topped with a raspberry beurre blanc. A house favorite! Plate with rice pilaf and a vegetable medley. $32

Tempura Prawns
Large prawns dipped in tempura batter and deep fried golden brown. Served with hoisin soy dipping sauce. Plated with jasmine rice and stir fried vegetables. $25

Beer Battered Fish & Chips
Flaky Alaskan cod dipped in our amber beer batter and fried golden brown. Served with homemade tartar sauce,fries and garden vegetables. $24

Kodiak Scallops with Brandy & Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce
Large Kodiak scallops seared to perfection placed atop wild mushrooms sauteed in a brandy cream sauce. Served over rice and garnished with steamed asparagus. $28

Cioppino
LAn earthy, Italian seafood dish made with Alaskan cod, mussels, clams and prawns in a flavorful broth studded with tomato, wine and garlic then poured over saffron wild rice. Served with sauteed vegetables and toasted garlic bread.. $27

Halibut Rockefeller
Alaskan halibut stuffed with spinach, bacon, shallots, parmesan and bread crumbs then oven-baked. Served with rice pilaf and sauteed vegetables. $34

Pepper Steak a la "Jens
Twin Tournedos of  filet with Jen's "Almost Famous" peppercorn sauce. We borrowed this fantastic recipe from Jens Hansen of Anchorage.  A house favorite! $35

Smoked Ribeye
We smoke whole prime ribs, cut 14 oz. steaks, top them with caramelized onion and melted chèvre cheese whipped with sun dried tomatoes and butter. $34

Slow Roasted Prime Rib
A 12 oz. slice of tender prime rib, rolled in seasonings then slow roasted to perfection in our special oven.  Served with creamy horseradish and "au jus". $27

New York Steak with Wild Mushrooms in a Marsala Demi Glace
A 12 oz. hand cut New York steak grilled to your liking, topped with wild mushrooms sauteed with a marsala-laced demi glace. $30

Filet Mignon Cambozola
A center cut filet mignon smothered with flavorful cambozola (Camembert and Gorgonzola cheeses combined), then placed on a bed of red wine demi glace. $35

Pork Shank Osso Buco
A large pork shank slowly roasted in Italian seasonings with olive oil, red wine, shallots, mushrooms and garlic in a demi glace. Served with risotto and fresh vegetables. $34

Portabella Ravioli with Three Olives Sauce
Large raviolis stuffed with portabella mushrooms, mascarpone, ricotta cheese and herbs tossed in a warm three-olive blend including kalamata, green and black olives marinated with white wine, garlic, herbs, butter and parmesan cheese. $26

Smoked Chicken Pasta with Gorgonzola Sauce
House smoked chicken tossed in penne pasta with artichoke hearts, diced pancetta bacon and our rich Gorgonzola cream sauce. $24

Pecan Crusted Pork Tenderloin, Maple Bourbon Sauce
Pecan crusted pork tenderloin oven roasted to perfectino, covered with a flavorful maple, stone ground mustard, bourbon sauce. $27

Cornflake Crusted Chicken with Pineapple & Mango Beurre Blanc
A tender chicken breast crusted in cornflakes and pan fried, topped with a warm Thai-style pineapple and mango beurre blanc. A house favorite! $25
