Warm, slow-roasted and house-smoked pork shoulder tossed in our sweet and tangy blended bar-b-que sauce, then topped with coleslaw on a toasted Kaiser roll. $14

Chicken Caesar Sandwich
A chicken breast char-grilled served on herb grilled sourdough bread layered with crisp romaine lettuce, our homemade Caesar dressing and a baked parmesan cracker. $14

Local Tustumena Smokehouse salmon bacon piled in a pita with shredded lettuce, diced tomato and red onion then driled with a creamy tzatziki sauce. Served with golden fries. $16

Young greens garnished with Roma tomato, cucumber, croutons, Gorgonzola and sliced red onion drizzled with honey blue cheese dressing. $10
