Salad Bar
Includes Fresh Spring Mix, Sliced Roma Tomato, Carrot and Celery Sticks, Cucumber, Button Mushrooms, Sliced Red Onion, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Homemade Croutons and three Dressings 


Basic Entrée Buffet
A Salad Bar PLUS a vegetable medley, a single side item from the list below, and any one of the following entrees: $28(add $4 for each additional entree with additional side item)
Rosemary Chicken
Chicken medallions with garlic, shallots, rosemary and white wine in a cream reduction.
                                      
                                        Herb Roasted Pork Loin 

A large pork loin rubbed with fresh herbs and oven roasted, sliced into medallions.
Deep Fried Cod
Russian Stroganoff
Morsels of filet, New York, red onions, mushroom, red wine, demi glace in a sour cream sauce.      (suggested side: Fettuccini Noodles) 
Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Chicken morsels, broccoli, garlic, cracked pepper, cream and parmesan cheese.     (suggested side: Fettuccini Noodles or Penne Pasta)    
Alaskan cod morsels dipped in our amber beer batter and fried to a golden brown.


Premium Entrée Buffet

A Salad Bar PLUS a vegetable medley, a single side item from the list below, and any one of the following entrees: $30 (add $4 for each additional entree with additional side item)
Prime Rib
Tender prime rib rolled in seasonings then slow roasted in our special oven.
Chicken Marsala
Medallions of chicken sautéed with wild mushrooms, shallots, marsala wine and demi glace.
Pecan Pork Tenderloin
Pecan crusted pork tenderloin oven roasted, then glazed with a maple bourbon sauce.
Smoked Ribeye Horseradish Dish
Morsels of smoked ribeye, bell pepper, onions and mushrooms in a horseradish cream sauce.
Cod Piccata
Alaskan cod covered in a rich cream sauce of  lemon, capers, garlic, herbs, white wine and cream.


Specialty Entrée Buffet

Walnut Salmon
Alaskan walnut crusted salmon with a rich raspberry beurre blanc sauce.
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Corn bread stuffed pork tenderloin oven baked and topped with an apple brandy sauce. 
Brandy Scallops
Kodiak scallops sautéed with wild mushrooms, shallots, brandy and cream sauce.
Prawn Florentine
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with wild mushrooms, shallots, spinach, pernod and cream.
