Listed here are a few of our favorite appetizers.  
We are also willing to prepare anything special that you desire provided we can arrange to have the ingredients.  If you have any requests, please just ask!

Meatballs: choice of Peppercorn, Orange Hoisin or Hungarian sauce - $4 per person–4 each
Poached Prawns with Cocktail Sauce - $9 per person – 4 each
Crab & Shrimp Salad on Toast Points - $8 per person – 4 each
Feta Cheese Crostini sprinkled with Ratatouille - $4 per person – 4 each
Filet Morsels choice of Mushroom Brandy or Bordelaise sauce - $16 - serves 2 to 4
Parmesan Crackers topped with a three olive tapenade - $4  per person – 4 each
Chicken Salad on Toast Points - $4 per person – 2 each
Polenta Cakes with Jumbo Shrimp drizzles with a red bell aioli - $11 per person – 4 each

Assorted Gourmet Cheese with Crackers - $6 per person
   (Such as: Cheddar, Swiss, Provolone, Brie, Gouda, Smoked Cheddar, Herbed Jack and others)
Deli Meat Tray - $7 per person
   (Such as: Smoked Turkey, Roast Beef, Ham, Corned Beef, and Salome)

A Combination Cheese & Meat Tray - $6.50 per person
Seasonal Fresh Fruit  - $6 per person
   (including melons, grapes, strawberries, pineapple and seasonal fruit)
Vegetable Tray - $5 per person
   (including carrot, celery, tomato, cucumber, broccoli and olives, ranch dressing for dipping)

Regular Menu Appetizers
(These serve approximately 2-4 people)
Almond Crusted Brie - A wedge of creamy brie crusted with crushed almonds, warmed, then drizzled with honey and a balsamic reduction. 
Served with crisp sliced apples and warm sourdough bread.

Calamari Piccata - Pan fried calamari steak cut into strips and covered with a piccata sauce. $13
Spinach Dip & Pita Chips -  Fresh spinach mixed with sour cream, onion, water chestnuts and parmesan cheese. $10
Prime Bites - Bite size pieces of blackened prime rib, served with  creamy horseradish and au jus. $19
Steamer Clams - A pound steamer clams in wine, butter & herbs with toasted herb bread. $17
Smoked Salmon Spread - Our homemade salmon spread served with lots of bread. $11
King Crab Legs - One pound Alaskan king crab served with clarified butter and lemon. $39
Oysters on the Half Shell - Fresh from Kachemak Bay, served with lemon, cocktail sauce and horseradish. $3 each
Seared Yellowfin Tuna - With sesame seeds, honey and wasabi served with jasmine rice and stir fry vegetables. $18
Shrimp & Scallop Au Gratin - Shrimp and scallop with mushrooms in a rich cream sauce topped with parmesan. $16
Tuna Poke - Morsels of yellowfin tuna marinated in our spicy poke sauce with green onion, sesame seeds, diced tomato, guacamole, and a
Sriracha aioli drizzle.  Served with sliced cucumber and wonton chips.  $15
