Artisan Cheese Board
Crab Dip Fondue
Bering Sea crab blended with white wine, cream cheese, minced garlic, dill weed and special seasonings. Served with steamed broccoli
florettes and toasted herb bread. $15

Seared Yellowfin Tuna
Yellowfin tuna seared with sesame seeds, honey and wasabi. Served with jasmine rice and stir fried vegetables. $21

Prime Bites
Bite sized tender prime rib blackened with Louisiana seasonings. Served with toasted herb bread, creamy horseradish and au jus for dipping. $19

Scallop & Crab Macaroni and Cheese
House smoked gouda cheese sauce tossed with shell pasta, completed with scallop, king crab morsels and crisp bacon bits, topped with
basil laced panko. $14

Oysters on the half shell 
Fresh Kachemak Bay oysters on a half shell shucked to order, served with cocktail sauce and a dollop of horseradish

Artisan Cheese Board
A trio of boutique cheeses from Lucy's Market here in Soldotna. Served beside toasted nuts, fruit and assorted crackers. $20
 
Tuna Poke
Diced yellowfin tuna marinated in ponzu, placed on a smear of spicy pepper aioli, topped with fried wontons.
Served with seaweed salad, pickled ginger and sushi rice.  $21

Spinach Dip & Pita Chips
Fresh spinach mixed with sour cream, onion, water chestnuts and parmesan, served with toasted pita chips. $10

Smoked Salmon Spread
Locally smoked Alaskan salmon with whipped cream cheese, chives and lemon juice. Served with plenty of sourdough bread. $11

Calamari a la Piccata
Tender calamari steak strips, floured and pan fried, coated in a creamy white wine, lemon, garlic, and caper sauce. Served with toasted herb bread. $13

Steamer Clams
A pound of delicate clams steamed in white wine with garlic, herbs, cream and butter. Served with toasted herb bread. $17


Salads
Classic Caesar
Crisp romaine tossed in our homemade Caesar dressing topped with herbed croutons and shaved Parmesan. $10

Berry, Nut & Cheese Salad
Mixed greens with fresh strawberry slices, crumbled blue cheese, candied pecans and diced tomatoes served with your choice of dressing. $10

Mykel's Salad
Young greens garnished with Roma tomato, cucumber, croutons, Gorgonzola and sliced red onion drizzled with our homemade
honey blue cheese dressing. $10

Wedge Salad
A hearty wedge of iceberg lettuce smothered in blue cheese dressing and topped with diced egg, diced tomato, red onion, and bacon bits. $10

Cobb Salad

King Crab Legs / Seafood Platter
Choose between one or two pounds of succulent Alaskan king crab or our Seafood Platter including a pound of king crab, deep-fried Alaskan cod, and seared Kodiak scallops. (Ask about our appetizer portions for crab!) One Pound: $50 - Platter: $60 - Two Pounds: $80

Tempura Prawns
Large prawns dipped in tempura batter and deep fried golden brown. Served with hoisin soy and sweet chili dipping sauces. Plated with jasmine rice
and stir fried vegetables. $25

Beer Battered Fish & Chips
Flaky Alaskan cod filets dipped in our amber beer batter, rolled in panko and fried to a golden brown. Served with homemade tartar sauce,
french fries and garden vegetables. $24     (Substitute Halibut $34)

Kodiak Scallops with Brandy & Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce 
Large Kodiak scallops seared to perfection placed atop wild mushrooms sautéed in a brandy cream sauce. Served over rice, garnished witha sautéed vegetable medley. $30
Halibut with Lemon Caper Beurre Blanc
Gently seasoned, topped with herb butter and baked to perfection, served with wild rice pilaf and fresh vegetables. $34

Walnut Crusted Salmon with Raspberry Cream

Alaskan silver salmon seasoned, covered in a walnut crust, sauced and served with wild rice pilaf and
seasonal vegetables. $32

Baked Salmon & Cream of Spinach
Seasoned silver salmon, baked and placed atop a bed of wild rice pilaf surrounded with a rich creamed spinach. $32

Pepper Steak a la "Jens"
Twin Tournedos of filet with Jen's "Almost Famous" peppercorn sauce.  We borrowed this fantastic recipe from Jens Hansen of Anchorage.  $38

Smoked Ribeye
We smoke whole prime ribs, cut 14 oz. steaks, top them with caramelized onion and melted chevre cheese whipped
with sun dried tomatoes and butter. $37

Slow Roasted Prime Rib
Tender prime rib, rolled in seasonings then slow roasted to perfection in our special oven.  Served with creamy horseradish and au jus.
10 oz. - $30     /     20 oz. - $45

New York Steak (Different preparations weekly)
A 10 oz. New York steak crusted in coffee seasoning, cooked to your liking, topped with and set upon a pool of demi glace.  $33

Filet Mignon
A 9 oz. center cut filet mignon char grilled, topped with herb butter, placed on a bed of sautéed mushrooms and demi glace. $38

Pork Shank Osso Buco
A large pork shank slowly roasted in Italian seasonings with olive oil, red wine, shallots, mushrooms and garlic in a demi glace.
Served with risotto and fresh vegetables. $35

Portabella Ravioli with Creamy Alfredo Sauce
Mushroom, mascarpone, and ricotta stuffed raviolis tossed in rich homemade alfredo sauce, served with garlic bread. $27

Grilled Pork Chop
Chargrilled 13oz pork chop topped with a red wine shallot butter, served next to whipped potatoes and sauteed local carrots from North Crest Farm. $28

Smoked Chicken Pasta with Gorgonzola Sauce
House smoked chicken tossed in penne pasta with artichoke hearts, diced pancetta bacon and our rich Gorgonzola cream sauce. $24

Cornflake Crusted Chicken with Pineapple & Mango Beurre Blanc
A tender chicken breast crusted in cornflakes and pan fried, topped with a warm Thai-style pineapple and mango beurre blanc. A house favorite! $25

Beef Stroganoff
Morsels of beef tenderloin sautéed with mushroom, onion, and garlic; finished in our house made sauce tossed with wide egg noodles. Served with seasonal vegetables and garlic bread. $26
