A: The name is Banquet room.
Q: Is there a rental fee? If so, how much?
A: Rental fee is $150 or free with food service of $300.00 or more.
We don't rent room only in December.
Q: Any deposit need ?
A: we ask for a credit card number to hold the room but nothing will be charged
Q: Minimum (F&B or Gtd minimum)?
A: $1000.00 minimum of food plus an 18% gtd. Tax, 6%.
Q: Do you have a Final Head Count required date?
A: We ask for a final head count the 7 days before the event and can still adjust the day of event
Q: Any additional fees (admin, bartender, set-up / labor)?
A: no additional charges if the food and beverage is $1000 or above
Q: Do you have a Prefixed Menu? (If so, please attach):
A: We have regular menu, limited menu, and Buffet, based on how many people you have and your request.
Q: Price of Bottle of House Wine/beer:
A: Bottle of house wine vary, $40-$100
Q: How is alcohol served; is there a bar in room?
A: we can set up a bar in the room
Q: Price of non-alcoholic beverages
A: Non –alcoholic drinks are $3/cup

A: 100% refundable if 7 or more days advance notice is given. If less than 7 days remain before your scheduled event, you will be charged for 50% of the estimated bill of both food and/or room fee.

A: Lots of parking around the restaurant, self parking, no cost.
