Prime Bites
Bite sized tender prime rib blackened with Louisiana seasonings. Served with toasted herb bread, creamy horseradish and au jus for dipping.  

Steamer Mussels - A pound of delicate clams steamed in white wine with garlic, cream and butter. Served with toasted bread. 

Smoked Salmon Spread
Locally smoked Alaskan salmon with whipped cream cheese, chives and lemon juice.
Served with plenty of sourdough bread.  

Calamari a la Piccata
Tender calamari steak strips, floured and pan fried, coated in a creamy white wine, lemon, garlic, and caper sauce.
Served with toasted herb bread.  

Scallop & Shrimp Au Gratin
Morsels of shrimp & scallop tossed with mushrooms in a rich cream sauce, topped with parmesan and browned. 
Served with toasted herb bread.  

Spinach Dip & Pita Chips

Fresh spinach mixed with sour cream, onion, water chestnuts and parmesan, served with toasted pita chips.  

Seared Yellowfin Tuna
Yellowfin tuna seared with sesame seeds, honey and wasabi. Served with jasmine rice and stir fried vegetables.  

Oysters on the half shell 
Fresh Kachemak Bay oysters on a half shell shucked to order, served with cocktail sauce and a dollop of horseradish.  

Salads/Pastas
Mykel's Salad
Young greens garnished with Roma tomato, cucumber, croutons, Gorgonzola and red onion drizzled with our
homemade honey blue cheese dressing. 

Classic Caesar
Crisp romaine tossed in our homemade Caesar dressing topped with herbed croutons and shaved Parmesan.  

Fruit, Nut & Cheese Salad
Mixed greens with sliced green apple, crumbled blue cheese, candied pecans and diced tomatoes served with basil tarragon vinaigrette. 

Small Garden Salad - Young greens, roma tomato, cucumber and homemade croutons.

Basil Alfredo
Basil infused fettuccine alfredo served with garlic bread and seasonal vegetables. 
         Add to any of the above salads or pastas:
         Shrimp or Chicken 
         Salmon or Kodiak Scallops 
         Prime Rib, Yellowfin Tuna or Halibut 

Cobb Salad
Lettuce piled high topped with blackened prime, grilled chicken, chopped tomato, cheddar cheese, bacon, sliced egg and cucumber.

King Crab Legs / Seafood Platter (Seasonal price, available now)

One pound of succulent Alaskan king crab or our Seafood Platter including a pound of king crab, deep-fried Alaskan cod,
and seared Kodiak scallops.

Tempura Prawns
Large prawns dipped in tempura batter and deep fried golden brown, served with a soy and sweet chili dipping sauce.
Plated with jasmine rice and stir fried vegetables.

Beer Battered Fish & Chips
Flaky Alaskan cod filets dipped in our amber beer batter, rolled in panko and fried to a golden brown.
Served with homemade tartar sauce, French fries and garden vegetables.  

Alaskan Scallops with Brandy & Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce 
Large Kodiak scallops seared to perfection placed atop wild mushrooms sautéed in a brandy cream sauce.
Served over rice, garnished with a sautéed vegetable medley.  
Halibut or Salmon Lemon Caper Beurre Blanc
Our famous Alaskan fish gently seasoned with fresh herbs and topped with a light citrus sauce.
Plated with wild rice pilaf and fresh vegetables.

Pepper Steak a la "Jens"
Twin Tournedos of filet with Jen's "Almost Famous" peppercorn sauce.  We borrowed this fantastic recipe from Jens Hansen of Anchorage. 
A house favorite! 

Smoked Ribeye
We smoke whole prime ribs then cut 14 oz. steaks, top them with caramelized onion and a dollop of melted chevre cheese
whipped with sun dried tomatoes and butter.  

Slow Roasted Prime Rib
A 10 or 20 oz slice of tender prime rib, rolled in seasonings & slow roasted to perfection.
Served with creamy horseradish and au jus. 
Filet Mignon
A 9 oz. center cut filet mignon char grilled, topped with melted blue cheese, and placed on a bed of demi glace. 

Chicken, Pork, Lamb & More
Pork Shank Osso Buco-
A large pork shank slowly roasted in Italian seasonings with olive oil, red wine, shallots, mushrooms and garlic in a demi glace.
Served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. 

Half Pound Cheeseburger-
A large chargrilled hand-pressed beef burger, topped with melted Tillamook cheddar and placed on a toasted bun with tomato, red onion and lettuce.
Served with french fries. 

Balsamic Rack of Lamb-
Herb roasted New Zealand rack of lamb drizzled with a balsamic reduction. Plated with roast garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. 

Beef Stroganoff-
Morsels of beef tenderloin sauteed with mushroom, onion and garlic, tossed with wide egg noodles and topped with a dollop of sour cream.
Served with seasonal vegetables and garlic bread.  

Smoked Chicken Pasta- 

House smoked chicken tossed in penne pasta with artichoke hearts, diced pancetta bacon and our rich gorgonzola cream sauce. 

Cornflake Crusted Chicken with Pineapple & Mango Beurre Blanc- 
A tender chicken breast crusted in cornflakes and pan fried, topped with a warm Thai-style pineapple & mango beurre blanc. A house favorite!
